Our History

Leupitz Contractors was founded in 1974 by Bill Leupitz. In the late 1980s, Bill’s son, Mike Leupitz, purchased the company from his father. Joe Hoda joined the team in 1990 and assumed management of the company in 1996, expanding its service throughout the Willamette Valley. By the early 2000s, Joe had become co-owner alongside Mike.

Frankie Garcia joined the company as a laborer in 1999. Over the next 13 years, he worked his way up to general manager, and in 2015, he became co-owner with Joe. Today, Frankie oversees the company’s day-to-day operations. When you call for an estimate, you’ll speak directly with Frankie and benefit from his decades of hands-on experience and industry knowledge.
